摘　　要：职业教育公共服务平台构建是响应国家“高质量技能人才”培养号召的重要举措,有利于促进技能型社会建设与发展。技能型社会建设背景下,随着数字信息技术的应用与普及,职业教育公共服务平台具有增强职业教育适应性、缩小区域间教学差距、提升职业教育人才质量的多维价值。为促进职业教育公共服务平台构建,利用SWOT态势分析法,深入分析职业教育公共服务平台构建的优势、劣势、机会和风险。进一步提出技能型社会建设背景下,基于服务与创新导向思路,以管理结构和功能架构为框架,逐步完善平台制度保障、加强平台服务能力、强化平台数字支撑的创新构建策略,力求为实现职业教育高质量发展提供保障。The construction of vocational education public service platform is the main way to respond to the national call for training"high-quality skilled personnel",which is conducive to promoting the construction and development of a skilled society.Under the background of skilled society,with the application and popularization of digital information technology,the construction of vocational education public service platform has made great progress,showing the multi-dimensional value of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,narrowing the teaching gap between regions,and improving the quality of vocational education talents.In order to promote the construction of a vocational education public service platform,the SWOT situation analysis method is used to deeply analyze it’s advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks.Under the background of skilled society,based on the service and innovation-oriented ideas,take the management structure and functional structure as the framework,gradually improve the platform system guarantee,strengthen the platform service ability,and strengthen the platform's digital support innovation construction strategy,and strive to provide guarantee for achieving high-quality development of vocational education.
