摘  要:地方高校经管类专业实践教学师资队伍的建设对于提高教育质量,培养学生就业、创业能力有着重要的意义,也是地方高校培养经管类应用型实践人才的重要保障。地方高校应改革教师聘任制度,积极开展师资培训,畅通校企人员双向流动机制,加强“双师型”师资队伍建设。多措并举增强经管类教师提高实践能力的积极性,以适应新形势下经济社会对经管类人才培养的要求。The construction of practical teaching faculty for economics and management majors in local universities is of great significance for improving the quality of education,cultivating students'employment and entrepreneurial abilities,and also an important guarantee for local universities to cultivate applied practical talents in economics and management.Local universities should reform the teacher appointment system,actively carry out teacher training,smooth the two-way flow mechanism of school enterprise personnel,and strengthen the construction of a“double qualified”teacher team.Take multiple measures to enhance the enthusiasm of economic and management teachers to improve their practical abilities,in order to adapt to the requirements of the new economic and social situation for the cultivation of economic and management talents.
