摘 要:以玉米芯为原料,通过无机盐(FeCl_(3))催化法预处理玉米芯制备水溶性戊聚糖,并采用正交试验优化工艺。结果表明:各因素对戊聚糖质量浓度的影响依次为反应时间>FeCl_(3)浓度>反应温度,对戊聚糖平均聚合度的影响依次为FeCl_(3)浓度>反应温度>反应时间。综合戊聚糖质量浓度及其平均聚合度,戊聚糖最佳制备条件为FeCl_(3)浓度0.06 mol/L、反应温度140℃、反应时间30 min,在此条件下戊聚糖质量浓度为30.36 g/L、戊聚糖平均聚合度为2.03。Using corncob as raw material,water-soluble pentosan was prepared by pretreatment of corn-cob with inorganic salt(FeCl_(3))catalysis,and the process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the influence of various factors on the mass concentration of pentosan was in the order of reaction time>FeCl_(3)concentration>reaction temperature,and the influence on the average polymeri-zation degree of pentosan was in the order of FeCl_(3)concentration>reaction temperature>reaction time.Considering the mass concentration of pentosan and its average polymerization degree,the optimum prep-aration conditions of pentosan were as follows:FeCl_(3)concentration 0.06 mol/L,reaction temperature 140 C,reaction time 30 min.Under these conditions,the mass concentration of pentosan was 30.36 g/L,and the average polymerization degree of pentosan was 2.03.
