摘 要:基础教育信息化的持续深入推进为学校信息化领导体制变革注入了新的价值诉求,信息技术教师的信息化领导力成为其专业发展的必要需求。以20位中学信息技术教师深度访谈为资料,应用扎根理论对信息技术教师信息化领导力模型进行探索性分析。研究发现,信息技术教师信息化领导力模型由三层级,即信息化个人感召力、信息化教研建设力、信息化价值引领力;六维度,即信息化教学胜任力、信息化技术示范力、信息化个人影响力、信息化专业引领力、信息化校内协同力、信息化校外指导力与27个指标构成。个人激发、校园保障和外部支持三方面是信息技术教师信息化领导力发展的必要路径。The continuous and in-depth promotion of basic education informatization has injected new value demands for the reform of school informatization leadership system,and the informatization leadership of information technology teachers has become the necessary demand for their professional development.Based on in-depth interviews with 20 middle school information technology teachers,This paper makes an exploratory analysis of information technology teachers’information leadership model by applying Grounded Theory.Study found that the information technology teachers’information technology leadership model is composed of three levels(Information personal appeal,Information teaching and research construction,Information value leading force),Six dimensions(Informatization teaching competence,Informatization technology demonstration,Informatization personal influence,Informatization professional leadership,Informatization on-campus cooperation,informatization off-campus guidance)and 27 indicators.Personal motivation,campus guarantee and external support are the necessary paths for information leadership development of it teachers.
