摘　　要：目的探讨疫情形势下多元化教学模式在中医妇科学中的应用效果。方法在中医妇科学教学中,对2017级卓越中医班采用多元化教学模式,对2018级卓越中医班沿用传统课堂及临床见习模式,通过期末成绩分析和问卷调查比较,探讨多元化教学模式在疫情突发的状况下保证教学的可行性。结果2017级卓越中医班的优秀率(90~100分)为36.79%(39/106),高于2018级卓越中医班的4.67%(5/107),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,2017级卓越中医班80分以上者占76.42%(81/106),显著高于2018级卓越中医班的34.58%(37/107)(P<0.05)。同时调查显示,2017级卓越中医班对多元化教学模式满意度高。结论采取多元化教学模式可有效完成疫情频发状态下中医妇科学的教学工作。Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching mode in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine under the situation of COVID-19 epidemic situation.Methods In the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,the diversified teaching mode was adopted for the 2017 Excellent Traditional Chinese Medicine Class,and the 2018 Excel⁃lent Traditional Chinese Medicine Class followed the traditional classroom and clinical internship mode.Through the analysis of final grades and the comparison of questionnaire survey,The feasibility of diversified teaching mode to ensure teaching in case of sudden epidemic situation was discussed.Results The excellent rate of 2017 Excellent TCM Class(90-100 points)was as high as 36.79%(39/106),and that of 2018 Excellent TCM Class was 4.67%(5/107),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In Addition,76.42%(81/106)of the 2017 Excellent TCM Class scored more than 80 points,which was significantly higher than 34.58%(37/107)of the 2018 Excellent TCM Class(P<0.05).The survey showed that the 2017 Excellent TCM Class is highly satisfied with the diversified teaching mode.Conclusion The diversified teaching mode can effectively complete the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine under the condition of frequent epidemic.
