摘 要:高质量中医人才匮乏是限制中医快速发展的重要原因。大学本科教育是中医人才培养的主要途径,关乎未来中医学生与中医学科的发展。在中医大学本科人才培养过程中,不仅要求学生掌握传统中医专业理论知识,还要求学生具备中医整体思维和创新思维,这是高质量中医人才培养的关键。然而,当前中医大学本科人才培养过程中却存在着课程设置不合理、授课教师教学经验欠缺、教学方法陈旧、传承和创新机制不完善及学生课外学习动力不足等问题。文章对中医大学本科人才培养现状和存在的问题进行剖析,并提出对应的解决方案,为当前形势下中医大学本科教育改革提供一定的参考。Lacking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents is the one of the major reasons for restricting the rapid development of TCM.The education of undergraduate students is the main way to culture the TCM talents.The students at the undergraduate stage should not only acquire the basic theoretical knowledge,but also have the ability on the holistic thinking and innovative thinking,which were the core concepts of TCM.However,the education of undergraduate students by now has a serious of shortcomings,such as unreasonable discipline arrangement for lessons,lacking of experience for most of the teacher,antiquated teaching methods were used,the imperfect inheritance and innovation mechanism,as well as the lacking of motivation for self-study habits.Thus,the situation and aforementioned problems during the teaching process of undergraduate talent training in the University of TCM were analyzed in this work,and the relevant solutions strategy were proposed and discussed.This work will provide the potential reference role for future in⁃novation of undergraduate education for TCM.
