摘　　要：高职院校学生党建工作是党的基层建设的重要内容,也是加强大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。针对目前高职院校学生党建工作与学生管理工作互动不够的现状,高职院校应充分发挥党员教师队伍和学生党员队伍的引领作用,将党建工作延伸到学生社会实践活动、宿舍管理工作之中,推进学生党建与学生管理工作的融合。In higher vocational colleges,the student Party-building,which is an important part of the Party's primary-level construction,is an effective way to strengthen the students ideological and political education.At present,the integration of student party building work and student management in vocational colleges is not sufficient.In response to this,higher vocational colleges should give full play to the leading role of teachers and students who are party members,and integrate Party building into students social practice and dormitory management,so as to promote the integration of student Party-building and student management.
