高校网络舆情危机阶段式管控模式探析——4R危机管理理论的视角

摘　　要：高校网络舆情危机具有言论偏差性、话题圈层性、群体极化性、传播燃爆性和社会扩散性等特点。4R危机管理理论将危机管理周期划分为缩减、预备、响应和恢复四个阶段,为高校管控网络舆情危机提供了理论指导。高校网络舆情危机演化经过爆发、扩散和消匿阶段,部分舆情危机还存在复苏可能,应采取动态的阶段式管控模式。在舆情危机爆发阶段进行预备管控,在舆情危机扩散阶段进行响应管控,在舆情危机消匿阶段进行恢复管控,并将缩减管控贯穿于危机管控全过程。College-related online opinion crises are characterized with deviated speeches,stratified topics,group polarization,explosive diffusion,and society-wide fast spreading.The four R’s management theory,which classifies crisis managing periods into four stages of reduction,readiness,response and recovery,provides a theoretical guidance to college online opinion supervision and management.Evolution of college online opinion goes through outburst,diffusion,and concealment.Possibilities are that some public opinion crises might be recovered somehow,so a dynamic phased management and control must be well prepared.Readiness is used when a public opinion crisis occurs.Response is employed when the crisis spreads.The concealment of the crisis resorts to recovery.Reduction runs through the whole process of crisis management and control.
