摘　　要：图形化工艺是所有半导体技术基本工艺中最关键的,但工艺过程确实更加繁冗。与半导体制作ITO电极的高设备投资、高制作成本相比,一印即可的网版印刷电极制作工艺确实是全面地优于半导体工艺。The graphical process is the most critical of all the basic processes of semiconductor technology,but the process is indeed more complicated.Compared with the high equipment investment and high production cost of semiconductor ITO electrode,the screen printing electrode production process is indeed comprehensively superior to the semiconductor process.
