摘　　要：劳动教育在高职院校五育并举人才培养过程中处于基础性、全局性、渗透性地位,具有立德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值。济源职业技术学院实施的“一课引领多方渗透”劳动教育模式,为高职院校在五育并举人才培养过程中全程全方位实施劳动教育,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人提供了思路和方法。Labor education plays a fundamental,holistic,and penetrating role in the process of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,with comprehensive educational values of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness,and cultivating aesthetics.The labor education model of“one lesson leading multiple infiltration”implemented by Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College provides ideas and methods for vocational colleges to comprehensively implement labor education throughout the process of talent cultivation,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
