摘　　要：中医临床思维是中医药人才培养的重点和难点,临床实习是培养医学生中医临床思维的重要阶段。文章通过对医学实习生中医临床思维自我认知现状及影响因素调查研究,提出加强对实习生中医临床思维的一贯式培养、加强门诊接诊能力训练、加强常见、典型病种的中医学教学案例库建设相关建议,提升医学生的中医临床思维能力。Clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a key and challenging aspect of TCM talent cultivation,and clinical internship is an important stage for developing clinical thinking in medical students.Through an investigation and study of selfcognition status and influencing factors of clinical thinking in TCM among medical interns,this article proposes recommendations for enhancing consistent training in clinical thinking for interns,strengthening training in outpatient reception skills,and building a database of teaching cases related to common and typical TCM diseases to improve the clinical thinking ability of medical students.
