摘 要:基于对北京市1048名普通高中学生问卷调查,发现高中生的生涯成熟度处于中等水平,学生对自我知识了解比对世界职业知识更多,对未来生涯决策自信心和稳定性有待进一步提升;自我效能感、学校支持是影响学生的生涯成熟度的有利因素;家长、社区和学校支持是提高城区学生生涯成熟度的支持路径,郊区学生则主要依赖家长支持,城区学生的支持路径更加多元。对此,建议建立和完善生涯教育机制,提升学生自我效能感,构建多位一体的学生发展指导体系。Based on a questionnaire survey of 1048 high school students in Beijing,this study discovers that the career maturity of high school students sits at the middle level,and students know more about self-knowledge than the knowledge on world career,so their confidence in future career decision-making needs to be further improved.Self-efficacy and school support are favorable factors for students′career maturity.Parents,community and school support are the major supports to improve the career maturity of students in urban areas;while suburban students are more dependent on parental support,but urban students have more diversified channels to gain support.Therefore,the study proposes to improve the current career education system,lift students′self-efficacy,so as to build an integrated multi-dimensional development system for students.
