摘  要:作为现代职业教育体系中的重要办学模式,现代学徒制是深化产教融合和促进校企合作的有效途径,得到了全国各级教育部门和职业院校的高度重视。学院精准聚焦湖南省涂料产业对技能人才的迫切需求,以精细化工专业先行试点,探索现代学徒制,通过深入剖析在具体实践过程中存在的企业热情不高、学生兴趣不浓、管理制度缺失、师资力量薄弱、课程体系落后等系列问题,找准问题的症结和成因,进而有针对性地提出了有效的对策和改进措施,以期为其他高职院校实施现代学徒制提供有价值的参考和借鉴。As an important school-running model in the modern vocational education system,modern apprenticeship is an effective path for the integration of vocational education with industry and college-enterprise cooperation,which have drawn high attention from all the participating parties.Our college precisely connected with the urgent talent demand of coating industry in Hunan province and then took the fine chemical major as the first experimental major of modern apprenticeship.Based on the in-depth analysis for the series of problems existed during the practice,including lack of enthusiasm and interest for enterprise and students,incomplete management system,weak teaching staff and backward curriculum system,and the reasons had also been found accurately.Correspondingly,a series of effective suggestions and improvement measures had been proposed specifically in the hopes that several valuable references could be provided for implementing modern apprenticeships in other vocational institutions.
