新文科背景下基于“五位一体”协同教学模式的复合型统计人才培养

摘　　要：人工智能技术的快速发展引发社会变革,新文科建设不仅是文科专业的发展趋势,也是新时代发展的需要。新文科“新”在交叉融合,要致力于打破统计学与其他学科之间的壁垒,培养复合型统计人才,建立适应社会需要的统计人才培养新体系,创建统计人才培养办学新范式。加快新文科建设、加速统计学与其他学科的交叉融合,亟需对统计人才的培养模式进行改革,探索新文科背景下统计学交叉融合的实现路径。“五位一体”协同教学模式指从专业竞赛切入,将教、学、研、践、专业竞赛有机融合成为一个整体,实现统计学与其他学科间的交叉融合,培养具有多元知识体系的统计学人才,培养统计人才的跨学科知识交叉融合能力与实践能力,推动新文科建设。为推动复合型统计人才培养模式改革,高校首先要落实立德树人根本任务,提高学生思想境界、道德水平和文明素养,培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代统计学人才;其次,构建特色的统计学专业交叉融合人才培养方案,组建学科交叉融合的教师团队,成立跨学科的统计实验室;最后,加大统计学专业老师跨学科知识培养力度,担当起培养复合型统计人才培养的时代重任。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has triggered significant social changes,highlighting the importance of cultivating compound statistical talents in the new era.The construction of new liberal arts is not only the development trend of liberal arts majors but also a necessary response to the needs of the new era.The innovation of new liberal arts lies in cross-fusion,breaking down the barriers between statistics and other disciplines,and creating a new paradigm for statistical talent training that is adaptable to social needs.To accelerate the cross-fusion of statistics and other disciplines,it is necessary to reform the training mode of statistical talents and explore the implementation path of statistical cross-fusion under the background of new liberal arts.This paper proposes the"five-in-one"collaborative teaching mode,which aims to achieve cross-fusion between statistics and other disciplines and cultivate statistical talents with a diversified knowledge system.The mode integrates teaching,learning,research,practice,and professional competitions into an organic whole,promoting the cultivation of statistical talents'interdisciplinary knowledge cross-fusion and practical abilities.To promote the reform of the training mode of compound statistical talents,universities must first implement the fundamental task of cultivating students with morality and responsibility,improving their ideological and moral levels,and civilizational literacy.Secondly,it is necessary to construct a characteristic talent training program for the crossfusion of statistics majors,form a teacher team for interdisciplinary cross-fusion,and establish a cross-disciplinary statistical laboratory.Finally,it is necessary to increase the cross-disciplinary knowledge training of statistical teachers and undertake the mission of training compound statistical talents in the new era.
