摘 要:职业教育数字化是实现职业教育现代化的必由之路,也是推进职业教育高质量发展的必然选择。数字化给职业教育的治理体系、学习样态、教师角色和评价方式带来了深刻变革。科学界定职业教育数字化转型的内涵和特征,是推进数字化转型实践的逻辑起点。以数字化转型布局未来职业教育是国际职业教育发展的普遍共识,发达国家职业教育数字化转型的做法值得我国借鉴。数字化转型已成为我国职业教育改革发展的重要内容,但在数字化与职业教育的融合性、职业教育数字化发展平衡性、数字化资源共建共享以及职业教育教师数字素养等方面仍面临较大挑战。建议通过构建新生态、加强区域统筹、推进共建共享和提升教师素养,稳步深入地推进职业教育数字化转型。Digital transformation is not only the path to modernizing vocational education but also an essential choice for promoting its high-quality development.Digitization brings profound changes to the governance system,learning patterns,teacher roles,and evaluation methods in vocational education.A logical starting point in advancing digital transformation practices is to scientifically define its connotations and characteristics in vocational education.The consensus in international vocational education development is that digital transformation is crucial for shaping the future of vocational education.Lessons from developed countries'experiences in digitizing vocational education are worth considering for China.Digital transformation has become an important aspect of vocational education reform and development in China.However,significant challenges remain in integrating digitization with vocational education,balancing the development of digitalization within vocational education,promoting resource sharing and collaboration,and enhancing teachers'digital literacy.It is suggested to advance the digital transformation of vocational education steadily and comprehensively through constructing a new ecosystem,strengthening regional coordination,promoting co-construction and sharing,and enhancing teacher literacy.
