摘　　要：培养现代化的农业人才是实现农业现代化的核心,是实现乡村振兴战略的重要落脚点。通过分析园艺专业人才培养过程中创新创业教育存在的共性问题,总结出优化创新创业课程体系,培养大学生自我创新创业意识,加强创新创业导师队伍建设,搭建创新创业实践平台,完善创新创业教育保障机制,构建良好教学环境等实施对策。Cultivating modern agricultural talents is the core of achieving agricultural modernization and an important foothold for achieving rural revitalization strategy.By analyzing the common problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in the process of cultivating horticultural professionals,this paper summarizes implementation strategies such as optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,cultivating college students'self innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship mentor team,building an innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,improving the guarantee mechanism ofinnovation and entrepreneurship education,and constructing a good teaching environment.
