摘  要:为落实“大众创业、万众创新”战略要求,高职院校食品生物技术专业开展创新创业教育势在必行。“双创”教育作为职业教育改革重要发展方向,是提高学生创新能力和综合素质的有效途径。食品生物技术专业作为国家新兴产业的重要支撑,其人才培养需要不断适应产业发展的变化和创新需求,“双创”教育在该专业的应用和实践具有重要意义。文章以食品生物技术专业为研究对象,探索“双创”教育在该专业的应用和实践,分析“双创”教育的特点和意义,并提出改革策略,以期为高职食品生物技术专业“双创”教育教学提供参考和借鉴。In order to implement the strategic requirements of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",it is imperative for higher vocational colleges to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in the food biotechnology major.As an important development direction of vocational education reform,"double innovation"education is an effective way to improve students'innovation ability and comprehensive quality.As an important support for emerging industries in the country,the food biotechnology major requires continuous adaptation of talent cultivation to the changes and innovative needs of industrial development.The application and practice of"double innovation"education in this major is of great significance.The article takes the food biotechnology major as the research object,explores the application and practice of"double innovation"education in this major,analyzes the characteristics and significance of"double innovation"education,and proposes reform strategies,in order to provide reference and reference for the"double innovation"education teaching of higher vocational food biotechnology majors.
