摘 要:在《食品安全国家标准食品中合成着色剂的测定》(GB/T 5009.35—2016)的基础上,改进样品前处理提取方式,使用固相萃取柱净化提取液,洗脱液蒸干定容后经流动相梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器190~800 nm全波长扫描,采用高效液相色谱法测定红茶中的5种人工合成色素,利用日落黄的特征光谱图和最大吸收波长483 nm有效排除假阳性干扰峰。结果表明,在2.0~80.0μg·mL-1各标准物质的浓度与峰面积呈很好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9990,检出限为0.02~0.09 mg·kg^(-1),样品空白加标回收率为89.0%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.2%(n=6)。该方法新颖简便,回收率高、检出限低、精密度高,具有一定的实用价值。On the basis of GB/T 5009.35—2016,the extraction method of sample pretreatment was improved.Solid phase extraction column was used to purify the extract,eluent was dried at constant volume and eluted by mobile phase gradient,diode array detector was used to scan the full wavelength of 190~800 nm,and five artificial pigments in black tea were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The false positive interference peaks were effectively eliminated by using the characteristic spectrogram of sunset yellow and the maximum absorption wavelength of 483 nm.The results showed that the five synthetic pigments showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 2.0~80.0μg·mL-1,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9990,the detection limits were 0.02~0.09 mg·kg^(-1),the recoveries were 89.0%~99.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.8%~3.2%(n=6).The method is novel,simple,high recovery,low detection limit,high precision,and has certain practical value.
