摘　　要：本文分别提出关于双圆盘Hardy空间上的Toeplitz算子的不变子空间、特征值与特征向量以及数值域的刻画等问题,并对这些问题均给予肯定的回答.In this paper,we formulate several questions about the invariant subspaces,the eigenvalues and the eigenvectors,and the characterization of the numerical range for the Toeplitz operator on the Hardy space over the bidisk,respectively,and we give the affirmative answers to the questions.
