摘 要:培养自信而有创造力的学生是澳大利亚应对全球化所带来的挑战与冲击的题中之义。澳大利亚通过国家共识来推动当前一系列教育改革,其中包括新一轮的课程改革。在这次国家课程改革中,澳大利亚采用分层设定的方式来确立国家课程目标,明晰课程设置的整体框架,并全面优化课程内容编排。在改革实施的过程中,各个阶段有序推进,充分发挥多方利益相关者的作用,实现对国家课程的数字化管理。澳大利亚持续推进国家课程改革的实施与优化,面临三方面挑战:国家课程的设计需更注重批判性和时代性,国家课程实施过程中需更充分发挥学校和教师主体作用,国家课程评价需要明确监测维度、广泛收集意见。Culivating confdent and creative students is Australia's crucial response to the challenges and impacts of globalization.Currently,Australia has adopted a national consensus to drive a series of education reforms,including a new round of curriculum reform.In this national curriculum reform,Australia has adopted a tiered approach setting national curiculum goals,clarifying the overall framework of the curiculum,and optimizing the content of the curiculum.During the reform process,all stages are advanced in an orderly manner,giving full play to the roles of multiple stakeholders and realizing the digital management of the national curriculum.As Australia continues to promote the implementation and optimization of the national curriculum refom,it faces three challenges:the design of the national curriculum needs to be more critical and contemporary,the active role of schools and teachers should be strengthened during the implementation of the national curriculum and the evaluation of the national curriculum needs to be clearly monitored and widely collected.
