摘 要:为探索本地区初中生情绪智力水平提升的路径,验证社会情绪学习课程的效果,采用教育实验法,在某中学随机抽取两个初一班级共106名学生为研究对象,采用等组前后测的实验设计,对实验组进行社会情绪学习课程的干预,对对照组进行常规心理健康教育课程的干预。结果发现:初中生的情绪智力总体处于中等偏下水平;实验后测的情绪智力水平差异显著,实验组>对照组;实验组、对照组前后测的情绪智力水平差异显著,其中,实验组>对照组。这说明初中生的情绪智力水平可以通过社会情绪学习相关课程的干预得到有效提升。In order to explore the promotion way of Emotional Intelligence,inspect the effect of SEL.The research has used the method of educational experiment,extracted the 106 students of Grade One in the junior middle school.This study adopted the experimental design containing a peer group measured before and after,the intervention of social emotional learning course for experimental group,the intervention of routine mental health education course for the control group.The results showed that the emotional intelligence of junior middle school students was generally at the lower middle level;there was a significant difference in emotional intelligence level after the experiment,experimental group>control group.There was a significant difference in the level of emotional intelligence before and after the test in the experimental group,experimental group>control group.The conclusion showed that the emotional intelligence level of junior middle school students can be effectively improved through the intervention of SEL.
