摘 要:将文献总结、专家讨论等质性分析方法与现场调查的量化分析方法相结合,确定师德评价指标体系结构,再借助专家座谈法、开放式问卷调查法、文献法等整理出与中小学师德行为表现相关的项目,然后对项目进行逐一讨论、审核、修改和评定,最终构建了包含一级、二级、三级指标的中小学师德评价指标体系,形成了包含41个行为表现项目的中小学师德行为表现调查问卷。对1384名中小学一线教师样本的问卷数据进行统计分析,发现问卷各项目设置合理,同质信度、结构效度及内容效度均符合测量学要求,可以对中小学师德行为进行有效评价。By combining qualitative analysis methods such as literature summary and expert discussion with quantitative analysis methods of field investigation,the index system structure of teachers'ethics evaluation is determined,and items related to teachers'ethics behavior of primary and secondary school teachers are sorted out with the help of expert discussion,open questionnaire survey and literature method,and the items are discussed,reviewed,modified and evaluated one by one.Finally,the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school teachers'ethics including primary,secondary and tertiary indexes is constructed,and a questionnaire on teachers'ethics performance in primary and secondary schools containing 41 behavioral performance items is formed.Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire data of 1384 primary and secondary school teachers,it is found that the items of the questionnaire are reasonably set,and the content consistency reliability,structure validity and content validity all meet the measurement requirements,which can effectively evaluate the teachers'ethics behavior of primary and secondary school teachers.
