摘 要:对教育数据深入应用进行有效的绩效评估已经成为教育数据开放共享的重要环节。我国的教育数据应用绩效评估在发展过程中遭遇了评估指标统一性、科学性、合理性等方面问题,亟需进行改革与创新。为此,从绩效评估的内涵、现状、理论基础等出发,构建以教育数据战略、教育数据质量、教育数据安全、教育数据共享、教育数据治理和数据应用成果为核心指标的教育数据应用绩效评估框架,并从基础支撑、平台服务和应用创新三个层面提出教育数据应用绩效评估的实践路径,以期解决教育数据应用绩效评估问题,提升教育数据应用效率,促进我国教育大数据战略的深入推进。It has become an important part of the open exchange and sharing of educational data to carry out effective performance evaluation on the in-depth application of educational data.The application performance evaluation of educational data in our country has encountered some problems in the process of development,such as the unity,scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index,which need to be reformed and innovated urgently.Therefore,from the aspects of its connotation,current situation and theoretical basis,a performance evaluation framework for educational data application with education data strategy,education data quality,education data security,education data sharing,education data governance and data application results as the core indicators is constructed.The practical path of educational data application performance evaluation is proposed from the three levels of basic support,platform service and application innovation,in order to solve the issue of educational data application performance evaluation,improve the application efficiency of educational data,and promote China's education big data strategy in depth.
