摘　　要：随着相关部门监管力度的加强,目前我国食品安全形势持续稳中向好,但仍存在食品安全问题,如有机氯农药残留超标。本文概述了有机氯农药残留超标的危害,如长期慢性病症、损伤肝脏、影响后代等,介绍了风险评估方法,以及常见的食品有机氯农药残留检测方法,为相关人员提供参考。With the strengthening of regulatory efforts by relevant departments,the current food safety situation in China continues to be stable and improving,but there are still food safety issues,such as excessive residues of organochlorine pesticides.This article outlines the hazards of excessive organochlorine pesticide residues,such as long-term chronic diseases,liver damage,and impact on offspring.It introduces risk assessment methods and common methods for detecting organochlorine pesticide residues in food,providing reference for relevant personnel.
