摘　　要：新基建背景下对建筑类高职院校人才培养模式创新提出新的机遇和挑战。新时代建筑产业人才的需求、经济转型下国家政策的驱动、发达国家职业教育的发展趋势是创新建筑产业人才培养模式的现实依据。建议通过“政校行企”四方协同育人、全年级贯通职业生涯教育、立足和发展现代学徒制项目三方面推动建筑类高职院校人才培养模式创新。New opportunities and challenges are proposed for the innovation of talent training mode in architectural higher vocational colleges under the background of new infrastructure construction.The demand for talents in the construction industry in the new era,the driving force of national policies under the economic transformation,and the development trend of vocational education in developed countries are the realistic basis for innovating the talent training mode of the construction industry.It is suggested to promote the innovation of talent training mode of architectural higher vocational colleges through the three aspects of“government,schools,associations and enterprises”,make collaborative education,carry out professional career education through all grades,keep and develop the modern apprenticeship.
