安徽省高职院校创建职业本科现状、问题及成因分析

摘　　要：“十四五”时期安徽省高职院校争创职业本科成为头等重要的任务。该文结合人才培养状态数据库,对照职业本科院校设置条件,客观呈现安徽省11所优质高职院校的发展现状,指出存在办学基础设施不足、高水平师资队伍短缺、科研与社会服务能力偏弱、产教融合水平不高等突出问题。深入分析可知,问题的成因主要有办学基础薄弱、办学经费投入不足、高水平师资吸引力不够与政策局限的相互作用,科研和社会服务方面定位偏差、起步晚、重视不够、产教融合体制机制不健全等,以此为下一步有针对性地解决问题提供思路。During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,it has become a top important task for higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province to strive for vocational undergraduate education.Based on the talent cultivation status database and the setting conditions of vocational undergraduate colleges,the development status of 11 high-quality higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province is objectively presented.It is pointed out that there are prominent problems such as insufficient educational infrastructure,shortage of high-level teaching staff,weak scientific research and social service capabilities,and low level of integration between industry and education.The main causes lie in the weak foundation of education combined with insufficient investment in education funds,the interaction between the insufficient attractiveness of high-level teachers and policy limitations,multiple factors such as positioning deviation,late start,and insufficient attention in scientific research and social services,and multiple obstacles in the industry-education integration system and mechanism.The aim is to provide guidance for targeted problem-solving in the next step.
