摘  要:为进一步培养具有现代工程创新能力的学生,更好地为企业培养创新型人才,在模具设计与制造专业组建现代学徒制性质的工程创新班,以工程创新班的培养模式及课程体系建设为研究对象,结合模具设计与制造专业4个核心岗位对学生进行培养,在培养过程中取得了诸多成绩,学生毕业后更加符合企业的用人需求。In order to further cultivate students with modern engineering innovation ability and bet⁃ter cultivate innovative talents for enterprises,a modern apprenticeship"engineering innovation class"was set up in the die and mould design and manufacturing specialty.Taking the training mode and course system construction of engineering innovation class as the research object,the students were trained in combination with four core positions of die and mould design and manu⁃facturing,many achievements have been made in the training process,and the students could bet⁃ter meet the needs of enterprises after graduation.
