摘　　要：对校企合作培养海船船员进行界定和特点归纳,进而从管理政策、相关各方诉求、国家战略需求、国际经验借鉴等角度分析校企合作培养海船船员工作的影响因素,最后提出校企合作培养海船船员的监管对策及建议。This paper defines and summarizes the characteristics of college-enterprise cooperation in cultivating seafarers,and analyzes the influencing factors of the cooperation from the perspectives of management policies,demands from parties concerned,national strategic needs,and international experience.Furthermore,it proposes regulatory countermeasures and suggestions for college-enterprise cooperation in cultivating seafarers.
