高职财经类专业“岗课赛证”综合育人模式探究

摘　　要：职业教育人才培养必须以就业为导向,在新时代背景下,财经类专业在教育过程中需准确识变、及时调整、灵活应变。积极探索“岗课赛证”综合育人模式,以提高财经类人才的适用性,达成人才培养目标。“岗课赛证”综合育人模式以岗、赛、证做标准引领,对课程进行改革,完善相关的支持与保障体系,为解决“培养什么人、怎样培养人”的问题提出建议,有助于全面提升财经类专业技能人才培养质量。The talents training of vocational education must be employment-oriented.Therefore,in the context of the new era,fi⁃nance and economics majors need to accurately identify changes,timely adjust,flexibly respond to changes,and actively explore the comprehensive education mode of"post,course,competition and certificate",so as to improve the applicability of finance and eco⁃nomics talents and achieve the goal of talents training.The comprehensive education mode of"post,course,competition and certifi⁃cate"is guided by the standards of post,competition and certificate,carries out curriculum reform,improves the relevant support and guarantee system,and puts forward suggestions to solve the problem of"who to train and how to train",which will help to compre⁃hensively improve the training quality of finance and economics professional and skilled talents.
