摘  要:本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,主要阐释新中国幼儿教师体育教学能力培养的逻辑起点、现实情况与制约因素,并指出突破路径。现实情况:幼儿教师总体数量有所增加,但体育教育人才缺口较大;幼儿教师体育素养不足,专业化体育教学能力欠缺;幼儿教师队伍结构失衡,体育教学能力提升掣肘。制约因素:体制机制不完善,体育教学能力要求偏低;政府经费投入不足,幼儿教师社会地位不高;幼儿教师职业认同感低,综合素养较弱;幼儿体育伤害事故风险较高,安全问题显著。突破路径:培养端建强相关专业,保障体育教学能力专业化幼儿教师的源头供给;用人端完善相关体系,提升在职幼儿教师体育专业素养;构建“政府-高校-幼儿园-社会”协同育人机制,共担幼儿教师体育教学能力培养重任。Employing methods such as literature analysis and logical reasoning,this study elaborates on the logical foundation,current circumstances,and inhibiting factors in the development of physical education teaching competence among early childhood educators in modern China.It also outlines potential breakthroughs.Current Situation:Although the total number of early childhood educators has increased,there is a significant shortfall in physical education talent.Early childhood educators often lack adequate physical literacy and specialized teaching skills in the field.Furthermore,the composition of the early childhood educator workforce is imbalanced,hindering progress in enhancing their physical education teaching abilities.Inhibiting Factors:Imperfect institutional mechanisms and relatively low expectations regarding physical education teaching competence;insufficient government funding and low societal recognition of early childhood educators;a lack of professional identity and overall competence among early childhood educators;a notable risk of sports-related injuries among young children,drawing attention to safety concerns.Breakthrough Strategies:On the supply side,there is a need to strengthen the development of relevant specialized programs to ensure a consistent supply of early childhood educators with specialized physical education teaching abilities.On the demand side,improvements in personnel systems can be made to enhance the physical education professional competence of in-service early childhood educators.Additionally,a collaborative“Government-University-Kindergarten-Society”education mechanism should be constructed to collectively shoulder the responsibility of developing physical education teaching competence among early childhood educators.
