摘　　要：新时代复合型医学人才培养过程中,劳动教育是非常重要的环节。医学高职院校应将劳动理论教育渗透到专业课程体系,将劳动实践教育与医学专业实践相结合,依托校内外各种专题和社团活动,构建适合医学高职院校专业课程体系的劳动教育架构。Labor education is a very important part in the process of cultivating compound medical personnel in the new era.Higher medical vocational colleges should infiltrate labor theory education into the professional course system,combine labor practice education with the practice of medical profession,and build a labor education structure suitable for the professional course system of higher medical vocational colleges by relying on various special topics and club activities inside and outside the colleges.
