摘  要:聚焦核心素养的课程体系建构,是加快教育现代化、深化教育教学改革和全面提高义务教育质量的重要组成部分。核心素养不只是引领学校课程建设的上位理念,更要转化为课程所要着力培养的学生所需的正确价值观、必备品格和关键能力。从素养表达走向素养实践,需要破除对核心素养的抽象理解,将每门课程的素养内涵结构化地嵌入课程目标、课程内容、课程实施与课程评价等关键要素。素养导向的课程实践,既要聚焦课程标准锚定的目标与内容,为学习者提供连贯且有序的学习体验;也要超越对课程标准具体细节的依赖,回归育人的整体视角和对课程教学的本质追问,将素养生成与发展的逻辑嵌入课程教学的全过程,动态地把握素养导向的课程行动的根本原则。这需要加强系统思维能力,促进课程与教学改革实践中的具体问题与聚焦核心素养的育人图景有机整合,推动课程改革的深入发展。understanding of key competencies,and structurally embed the connotations of the competencies of each curriculum in key elements,such as the objectives,content,implementation and evaluation of the curriculum.The key competency-oriented curriculum practice needs to focus on the goals and content anchored in the curriculum standards,and provide learners with coherent and orderly learning experience;also,it needs to go beyond the dependence on the details of the curriculum standards,return to the holistic perspective of talent cultivation and the essence of curriculum teaching,embed the logic of the generation and development of key competencies in the entire process of curriculum teaching,and dynamically grasp the fundamental principle of competency-oriented curriculum action.This requires a stronger ability in systematic thinking,and the promotion of the organic integration of problems in the practice of the curriculum and teaching reform with talent cultivation focusing on key competencies,thus improving the in-depth development of the curriculum reform.
