摘  要:急诊医学作为一门跨专业跨学科的综合性学科,患者病情多急、重、复杂,较多病情隐匿,变化迅速,涉及疾病谱广,医师承担风险极大,急诊医师的培养应当着重于培养扎实、涉及多学科的医学理论知识和临床技能,使其具备独立、规范地承担常见多发疾病诊疗工作的能力。急诊医师教师梯队资源薄弱,多数带教教师往往同时担负着诊疗工作,现场带教时由于患者病情急且复杂,环境差,自身工作强度大,既达不到预期带教效果,还容易存在医疗隐患。针对急诊医疗的教学特点,注重团队合作能力的培训,构建和谐安全的医疗环境、强化理论与操作并行、因材施教、加强医患沟通与人文医学教学、重视综合素质培养、充分利用新科技进行多元化教学以及加强教师队伍建设,以完善临床教学及规培体系,培养更加优秀、全面的临床医师。As emergency medicine is valued,more attention is paid to the training of emergency physicians.Due to the urgent and complex of condition of the patients in emergency,the poor of the medical environment,adverse medical events happened frequently,heavy pressure of work,and younger of the teachers’team,there are great difficulties and challenges of the clinical teaching and the Standardized Training of Residents.According to the characteristics of the emergency medicine,we carried on the method exploration,including improving the medical environment,strengthen the training of operating skill,strengthen the physician-patient communication and medical humanities education,strengthen comprehensive quality cultivation,make full use of new technology and multiple teaching and strengthen teachers team construction.Ultimate aim is to improve the clinical teaching system and train more excellent and comprehensive clinical emergency physicians.
