摘 要:目的探讨多学科协作诊疗(MDT)联合问题驱动教学法(PBL)在神经系统肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果,探索更符合神经系统肿瘤疾病特点的教学模式。方法选取2019年1月1日至2022年1月1日共78名在某院神经外科参加住院医规范化培训的医师为对象,通过随机分组分别采用传统教学模式(C组)和MDT联合PBL教学模式(M组)培养。培训结束后,评价住院医师理论与实践能力,并对教学质量(知识的理解与记忆能力提升、自主学习兴趣提升、团队协作能力提高、医患沟通能力增强、理论结合实践能力提高)和教学满意度(教师态度、教学重视程度、教师专业水平、师生互动性)情况进行评估。结果M组住院医师理论考试成绩高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);M组住院医师腰椎穿刺术、脑室穿刺术单项操作成绩高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);M组住院医师的教学质量得分和教学满意度均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经系统肿瘤的临床教学中采用MDT联合PBL教学模式,增加了教师对教学的重视程度,促进带教教师展现专业水平,提高了教学质量与教学效率,有助于提高教学质量和教学满意度,值得进一步研究和推广。Objectives To explore and analyze the effects of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical practice teaching of nervous system tumors and explore a residents for standardized training in the department of neurosurgery in a hospital from January 1st,2019 to January 1st,2022 were included.The students were randomly divided into traditional teaching method group and new teaching method group(MDT combined with PBL teaching method)for clinical teaching.The effects of the two teaching methods were compared,such as theoretical level,practical ability,teaching quality(including understanding and memory ability,active learning,team coordination awareness,communication skills and the ability of combining theory with practice)and the teaching satisfaction(including attitude,attention,expertise and interaction).Results The score of understanding memory test,knowledge application,clinical analyzing and examination total score in group M were higher than those of group C(P<o.05).The score of lumbar puncture and ventriculocentesis in group M were higher than those of group C(P<0.05).The teaching quality and the teaching satisfaction in group M were higher than those of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Using MDT combined with PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching of nervous system tumors could be helpful to improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction,which deserve further research and promotion.
