摘 要:义务教育阶段教师的有序流动对教育公平具有重要意义。对有流动经历教师的调查能够更加客观地反映义务教育阶段教师流动意愿的个体因素。基于624份有流动经历教师的调查问卷,从个体主观因素和个体客观因素两个维度进行个体因素与流动意愿的二元logistic回归分析,并对城市教师和农村教师的流动意愿相关影响因素做简要比较。研究发现,个体主观因素和个体客观因素显著影响教师的再流动意愿,但影响城市教师和农村教师再流动意愿的具体因素不尽相同。对教师职业的热爱、流动经历对二者都有显著影响;子女受教育条件改善、婚姻状况只对农村教师有显著影响;而工资福利、提升专业能力需要、获得晋升机会、性别、学历层次仅对城市教师有显著影响。为有效促进义务教育阶段合理流动,应重视个体影响因素及其差别,构建城乡双向长期轮岗交流机制;持续强化和提升教师的职业认同感;继续稳步提升义务教育阶段教师学历水平。The orderly flow of teachers in the stage of compulsory education is of great significance to educational equity.The investigation of teachers with mobility experience can more objectively reflect the individual factors of voluntary mobility willingness.Based on 624 questionnaires of teachers with mobile experience,this paper makes a binary logistic regression between individual factors and mobile willingness from the two dimensions of individual subjective factors and individual objective factors,and makes a brief comparison between the relevant influencing factors of urban teachers and rural teachers.The study finds that individual subjective factors and individual objective factors significantly affect teachers willingness to re flow.However,the influencing factors of urban and rural teachers willingness to re flow are different.The love of teachers profession and their mobile experience have a significant impact on both;The improvement of children s educational conditions and marital status only have a significant impact on rural teachers;However,wages and benefits,the need to improve professional ability,the need to obtain promotion opportunities,gender and educational level only have a significant impact on urban teachers.In order to effectively promote the rational flow of compulsory education,we should pay attention to individual influencing factors and their differences,and build a two-way long-term job rotation exchange mechanism between urban and rural areas;Continuously strengthen and enhance teachers professional identity;Continue to steadily improve the academic level of teachers in the stage of compulsory education.
