摘 要:教师的专业化发展,是高校教学改革和信息化进程的关键要素,选取CiteSpace可视化文献分析软件作为高校外语教师专业共同体的研究工具,研究高校外语教师专业共同体构建的理论视角、运行机制和构建策略。绘制文献分布图,基于理论视角分析高校外语教师专业共同体构建的理论框架、构建模式和意义价值;根据研究工具获取的聚类结果,设计了包含交互层、媒介层和资源层高校外语教师专业共同体运行机制;依据高校外语教师专业共同体CiteSpace可视化结果、理论分析结果和运行机制,从培育共享性、支持性的领导,培养教师的共享价值观,改革高校外语教师的评价机制,考虑教师的成长需求和推动个体与团队共同发展四项专业共同体的构建策略实现研究,令专业共同体在高校外语教师的专业发展中发挥最大作用。The professional development of teachers is a key element in the process of teaching reform and informatization in universities.CiteSpace visual literature analysis software was selected as a research tool for the professional community of foreign language teachers in universities to study the theoretical perspective,operational mechanism,and construction strategies of building professional community of foreign language teachers in universities.The paper analyzed the theoretical framework,construction mode,and significance value of building a professional community for foreign language teachers in universities from a theoretical perspective by drawing a literature distribution map;Then,based on the clustering results obtained by the research tool,the operation mechanism of the professional community of foreign language teachers in universities was designed,including the interaction layer,media layer,and resource layer;Finally,based on the CiteSpace visualization results,theoretical analysis results,and operational mechanisms on professional community for foreign language teachers in universities,the four construction strategies for professional communities,namely cultivating shared and supportive leadership,cultivating teachers shared values,reforming the evaluation mechanism for foreign language teachers in universities,and considering teachers growth needs,were studied to promote the joint development of individuals and teams to maximize the role of the professional community in the professional development of foreign language teachers in universities.
