摘 要:中华优秀传统美德故事是开展幼儿养成教育的优质教育资源,将其融入幼儿养成教育蕴含的重要价值包括心理习惯养成、行为习惯养成和家国情怀养成。当前,传统美德故事融入幼儿养成教育面临着教师内生动力缺失造成的主观困境、家庭育人理念错位造成的现实困境、幼儿园和社会等外部推力不足造成的客观困境。对此,教师层面可以学思并重,加强相关知识学习;理实并进,提升相关专业能力;知行并修,开展主题实践活动;家庭层面可以观念重塑,树立德智并重教育观念;价值重拾,重视家庭美德教育价值;模式重构,构建家园深度互动机制;幼儿园与社会层面可以责任共担,明确幼儿养成教育目标责任体系;成效共评,健全幼儿养成教育综合评价体系;多方共育,扩大幼儿养成教育社会主体参与度。The exemplary stories of traditional Chinese virtues serve as high-quality educational resources for cultivating early child⁃hood.Integrating them into the values encompassed by early childhood education involves the following important aspects:cultivating psychological habits,shaping behavioral habits,and nurturing a sense of patriotism and cultural attachment.Currently,the integra⁃tion of traditional virtue stories into early childhood education is faced with the subjective dilemma caused by the lack of endogenous motivation of teachers,the realistic dilemma caused by the dislocation of the concept of family education,and the objective dilemma caused by the lack of external thrust in kindergarten and society.In response,at the teachers’level,it is important to prioritize both learning and contemplation,strengthening the acquisition of relevant knowledge.Additionally,progress can be achieved by merging theory with practice to enhance relevant professional skills.What’s more,teachers should combine synchronize knowledge acquisition with practical implementation,promoting thematic experiential activities.At the family’s level,reshaping perspectives is crucial,in⁃cluding establishing the notion of a balanced integration of moral and intellectual development.And rediscovering values also matters,concerning recognizing the importance of imparting family-oriented virtues education and restructuring models by establishing a com⁃prehensive home-school interactive mechanism.At the kindergarten and societal levels,shared responsibility is paramount in delineat⁃ing a structured framework for achieving the objectives of early childhood development education.Collaborative evaluation is critical,which involves enhancing a comprehensive assessment system that gauges outcomes in early childhood development education.Multi⁃faceted cultivation also counts,aiming to enlarge societal participation in early childhood development education.
