摘　　要：多元智能理论下的大学生管理体系是一种全新的学生管理理念,旨在根据学生的不同智力类型和特点,做到因材施教,促进学生的全面发展。为探究大学生管理体系现状和存在的问题,采用问卷调查法对陕西某高校在校大学生进行调查研究。结果显示,学生们对于学生管理理念、规范、实施以及对学生评价体系较为满意,学校在学生管理工作中,注重了学生的主体地位,做到了从学生的需求出发。但是,学生管理体系中仍然存在学生管理理念和规范的创新性不足、实施过程中对学生需求考虑较少以及对学生的评价标准较为单一等问题。大学生管理体系亟待采取创新性的、多元智能理论下的学生管理体系,从而为大学生提供更加多元、专业的管理服务。The management system of college students based on multiple intelligence theory is a new concept of student management,which aims to teach students according to their aptitude,and promote their all-round development according to their different intelligence types and characteristics.In order to explore the current situation and existing problems of college student management system,the study does questionnaire survey on college students in a university in Shaanxi Province.The results show that the students are satisfied with the concept,norms and implementation of student management and the student evaluation system.The school attaches great importance to the principal position of students in student management,and starts from the needs of students.However,there are still some problems in the student management system:the lack of innovation in student management concepts and norms,less consideration of students’needs in the implementation process,and a single evaluation standard for students,etc.The management system of college students needs to adopt innovative student management system based on multiple intelligence theory,so as to provide more diversified and professional service management for college students.
