摘  要:以国家新农科建设为契机,在农业院校探索能够培养适应时代和引领未来农业发展的新型人才创新体系是重要之举。中国农业大学在专业学位研究生教育中探索专项制人才培养体系。以中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院为例,提出并初步建立了专业学位研究生专项制“3—6—1”培养体系,从3项培养成效评价指标、6项培养改革举措和1套培养质量保障体系的角度诠释培养机制内涵,对新农科背景下打造一流专业、建设人才培养高地具有十分重要的意义。Taking the construction of new agricultural sciences as an opportunity,it is important for agricultural colleges to explore a new system for cultivating talents,who can meet the needs of future agricultural development.China Agricultural University has explored a new training system in professional degree graduate education.Taking the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering of China Agricultural University as an example,the“3-6-1 training system”for professional degree graduate is proposed and preliminarily established.This paper interpretes the connotation of the proposed system from the perspective of 3 training effectiveness evaluation indicators,6 training reform measures and a set of training quality assurance system.This research will have very important practical significance for creating a“first-class major”and building a“highland”for talent training under the background of new agricultural science.
