摘　　要：随着社会的进步,经济的发展,对人才的需求也越来越多,对人才的要求也越来越高,传统的法学专业教育已经不能满足社会对法学专业人才的要求。为了更好地适应社会需求,培养符合新时代要求的应用型复合型法律人才,高校应该根据市场需求对法学专业教育进行优化。本文对高校法学专业教育在当前社会背景下面临的部分困境进行了分析,并在此基础上对优化高校法学专业教育路径进行了探讨和研究,以期能够为提高高校法学专业教育质量提供一定的借鉴和参考。With the progress of society and the development of the economy,there is an increasing demand for talents,and the demand for talents is also increasing.Traditional legal education can no longer meet the requirements of society for legal professionals.In order to better adapt to social needs and cultivate application-oriented and composite legal talents that meet the requirements of the new era,universities should optimize legal education according to market demand.This article analyzes some of the difficulties faced by law education in universities in the current social context,and on this basis,explores and studies the optimization of the path of law education in universities,in order to provide certain reference and reference for improving the quality of law education in universities.
