摘 要:当下,区别于普通本科教育,高职院校的传统职能是要完成职业教育为功能的人才培养和科学研究,在新时代背景下,高职院校还形成了社会服务这一新的职能。目前,高职教师在提供社会服务时仍面临平台建设不足、保障制度缺失、服务意识不足和自身能力欠缺的现实困境。立足新文科背景,从实现社会服务职能的重要主体出发,政行企校联动,拓渠道、建制度、立意识、强能力,提出高职文科专业教师提升社会服务能力的新思路、新方案。At present,different from ordinary undergraduate education,the traditional function of higher vocational colleges is to complete the talent training and scientific research of vocational education.Under the background of the new era,higher vocational colleges have also formed a new function of social service.At present,higher vocational college teachers still face the realistic dilemma of insufficient platform construction,lack of security system,lack of service consciousness and lack of their own ability when providing social service.Based on the new liberal arts background,starting from the important subject of realizing the social service function,the government,industry,enterprise and school are linked to expand channels,build systems,create awareness and strengthen capabilities so as to put forward new ideas and new plans for higher vocational liberal arts teachers to improve their social service capabilities.
