“从头到尾”的主动参与式核心实验课程教学改革

摘　　要：生物技术专业的核心实验课程是学生掌握该专业实验技能的主要途径。教师总结广东医科大学六届学生的实验教学经验发现,以教师为中心的标准实验流程式教学模式存在诸多不足,学生自主性不高,教学效果欠佳。文章提出以学生为中心,将主动参与式教学模式贯穿整个生物技术专业核心实验课程的教学模式。学生可自主选择目的基因、设计引物、主动参与实验课准备,独立完成整个具有科研性质的实验课程。通过主动参与式教学训练,学生利用所需知识,积极探索解决问题的能力,全面掌握生物技术相关实验技能,进而提高生物技术专业实验教学质量。The core experimental courses in the specialty of biotechnology are the main path for students to master necessary experimental skills.Based on six years of experimental teaching experience,the authors found that the standard teacher-centered mode was not satisfactory for lack of learner autonomy and poor teaching effect,then they explored a student-centered participatory teaching method going through the whole teaching process.The students can choose target genes,design primers,participate in the preparation of experimental courses,and complete the entire experimental courses independently.With this new method,the students can use the theoretical knowledge acquired to solve problems tentatively and then master biotechnology-related experimental skills,so that the quality of experimental teaching can be improved.
