摘  要:高校实验教学中心是培养学生科研技能和科研实践的重要基地,其管理水平直接影响实验教学的质量和效果。浙江大学基础医学实验教学中心通过建立信息化管理机制,以扫描二维码的形式直观展示了实验室准入规则、仪器操作规范、实验技术资料和虚拟仿真实验、慕课等分类管理,并将仪器操作、实验操作以视频方式呈现,另将其他各类资料分别以文件和PPT的形式展示,使学生在实验前和实验过程中随时参阅各种资料,同时也规范了学生在仪器使用、垃圾分类等方面的信息化管理,极大提高了实验教学质量。学生反馈效果良好,整体满意率达90%以上。这一改革为教学实验室信息化管理的创新实践积累了宝贵经验,也为分子医学实验线下资源转化为数字化、信息化管理方式提供了新途径。The experimental teaching center is the base for scientific research practice,where the students can develop scientific research skills,and its management is closely related to the quality and effect of experimental teaching.An informationized management mechanism has been established,and different resources—laboratory access rules,instrument operation specifications,experimental technical data,virtual simulation experiments,and MOOC etc.—are classified and accessible to the students after they scan QR Code.Instrument operation and experimental operation are presented in videos,and other resources are provided in the form of documents and PowerPoint slides.The students can consult the resources whenever they need before and during the experiments,and the informationized management of instrument use and garbage classification was standardized,thus the quality of experimental teaching has been much improved.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the students and the results showed that the overall satisfaction rate is higher than 90%.Valuable experience has been accumulated for the informationized management of teaching laboratory,and this reform also provides reference for the digitalization of offline resources and the informationized management of the resources.
