摘  要:房山区作为“吴正宪团队国家级优秀教学成果推广应用示范区”,深入探索优秀教学成果应用转化的模型,用“四段式”课例研修促进区域小学数学教师的整体发展。“四段式”课例研修力求通过自主观课、校本改课、共同体磨课、区级展课四个阶段,让教师经历优秀课例的观摩学习、策略萃取、团队研磨、自主创生的全过程,并通过研修课程、研修支架、课题引领等策略进行有效推进,促进区域教师专业素养和课堂育人质量的整体提升。As the"Wu Zhengxian Team National Excellent Teaching Achievements Promotion and Application Demonstration Zone",Fangshan District explores the model of application and transformation of excellent teaching achievements,and promotes the overall development of regional primary school mathematics teachers with"four-stage"lesson study."Four-stage"lesson study strives to enable teachers to experience the entire process of observing and learning excellent lesson examples,strategy extraction,team grinding,and independent creation through four stages:Independent observation,school-based curriculum reform,community grinding,and district level exhibition.It effectively promotes the overall improvement of regional teachers'professional literacy and classroom education quality through strategies such as study courses,study brackets,and topic guidance.
