“大国工匠”背景下高职学生职业忠诚度提升路径探析

摘　　要：高职学生职业素养的重要性不断凸显,职业忠诚度的高低不仅仅与高职学生自身的职业发展密切相关,而且直接制约着高等职业教育的发展,其表现出的职业认同度、稳定性和主观能动性也影响到企业的发展乃至国家经济转型、产业平稳升级的进程。针对不同地区、专业、工作年限的高职毕业生的调研显示,目前高职学生的职业忠诚度情况不容乐观。通过分析发现,其影响因素主要有工作成就感、工作认可度、薪酬、职业发展空间、企业内部管理体制、与同事的关系、工作条件、个人生活、安全保障等。高职学生职业忠诚度的提升需要从高职学生对于专业的综合认知、核心竞争力、职业忠诚管以及职业忠诚保障等方面入手。The importance of vocational students'professional quality is increasingly prominent,and the level of professional loyalty is not only related to the career development of vocational students,but also directly restricts the development of higher vocational education.Its professional identity,stability and subjective initiative also affect the development of enterprises and even the process of national economic transformation and stable industrial upgrading.According to the investigation of higher vocational graduates from different regions,majors and working years,the current situation of vocational loyalty of higher vocational students is not optimistic.Through the analysis,it is found that the main influencing factors are job satisfaction,job recognition,salary,career development space,internal management system,relationship with colleagues,working conditions,personal life,security and so on.Through further discussion,it is considered that the promotion of professional loyalty of higher vocational students needs to start from the aspects of comprehensive cognition,core competitiveness,professional loyalty management and professional loyalty protection of higher vocational students.
