摘　　要：为了解0~3岁婴幼儿父母的早期教养需求,采用《家庭早期教养需求问卷》对589名婴幼儿父母进行调查,结果显示:婴幼儿父母的早期教养需求总体水平较高,且各维度间差异较小;婴幼儿父母的早期教养需求可划分为低需求型、中需求型和高需求型3种类型;父母在与子女关系、居住地、学历、父母工作、家庭年收入及最小子女年龄等变量上存在显著差异;与父亲相比,母亲在高需求型上的占比更高。此外,乡村父母、学历较低父母、家庭年收入中等的父母、最小子女年龄在2岁及以下的父母以及双职工父母更有可能成为高需求型人群。为增加婴幼儿早期教养服务的有效供给,提出如下建议:整合资源,建立“一站式”家庭早期教养指导服务中心;精准帮扶,利用大数据平台重点筛查高需求型父母;合理布局,增加普惠托育服务的有效供给。In order to understand the early parenting needs of parents of infants and toddlers aged 0~3 years,589 parents were investigated by adopting the family early parenting needs questionnaire,and the results show that the overall level of the early parenting needs of parents of infants and toddlers is relatively high,with minor differences among its various dimensions.Moreover,the early parenting needs of parents can be classified into three types:low-demand,moderate-demand,and high-demand.Significant differences exist among parents in terms of their relationship with their children,place of residence,educational level,parental employment,family annual income,and the age of the youngest child.Compared with fathers,mothers take a higher proportion in the high-demand group.Additionally,parents in rural areas,those with lower educational levels,those with moderate family annual income,those with the youngest child no more than 2 years old,and dual-career parents are more likely to belong to the high-demand group.In order to increase the effective supply of early parenting services for infants and toddlers,it is proposed to integrate resources and establish a“one-stop”family early parenting guidance service center,provide targeted assistance by utilizing big data platforms to identify high-demand parents,and optimize the layout and increase the effective supply of public-interest childcare services.
