摘  要:混合学习为教育教学改革和创新人才培养提供了新的探索路径,而师范生作为未来教师的重要群体,对其在混合学习中学习投入和学习绩效的研究,将直接影响未来教育教学的质量和发展。本研究对师范生在混合学习中学习投入和学习绩效开展实证研究,结合问卷数据和访谈资料,了解混合学习中师范生学习投入和学习绩效现状,分析不同模式下学习投入和学习绩效的差异性及其产生的原因,并从学生、教师、课程维度为改善混合学习中师范生学习投入和学习绩效提出合理建议。Blended learning provides a new exploration path for educational reform and innovative talent training.As an important group of future teachers,the study of pre-service teachers'learning engagement and learning performance in blended learning will directly affect the quality and development of education and teaching in the future.This study conducts an empirical research on learning engagement and learning performance of pre-service teachers in blended learning.Combing questionnaire data and interview materials,it understands the current situation of learning engagement and learning performance of pre-service teachers,analyzes the differences of learning engagement and learning performance in different modes and the reasons for their occurrence,and further provides reasonable suggestions for improving learning engagement and learning performance of pre-service teachers in blended learning from the dimensions of students,teachers and courses.
