摘 要:高职院校教学创新团队建设的目标不仅是活化教学资源,而且是实现一种共同体意识的培育。从团队与管理关系来看,高职院校教学管理部门需要借助创造性的活动整合资源以塑造教学创新团队。通过以A高职院校机械工程教学创新团队为案例进行研究,发现高职院校通过合作教学塑造教学创新团队是一个教学身份认同、巩固共同体意识、集体行动达成、集体身份建构的塑造过程。高职院校从身份、群体和行动三个维度进行整合式管理创新,运用多种教学管理整合工具,塑造教学创新团队教学身份认同,培育和巩固共同体意识,实现集体行动中的一致性,进而形成集体身份认同。The goal of teaching innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges is not only to activate teaching resources,but also to achieve a state of community consciousness.From the perspective of the relationship between team and management,the teaching management departments of higher vocational colleges need to integrate resources through creative activities to construct a teaching innovation team.Through a case study of the mechanical engineering teaching innovation team in A higher vocational college,it is found that shaping the teaching innovation team through cooperative teaching in higher vocational institutions is a shaping process of teaching identity,consolidating community consciousness,achieving collective action and constructing collective identity.Higher vocational colleges carry out integrated management innovation from the three dimensions of identity,group and action,use a variety of teaching management integration tools to shape the teaching identity of the teaching innovation team,cultivate and consolidate the sense of community,achieve consistency in collective action,and then form a collective identity.
