摘  要:人才培养模式是为实现人才培养目标而存在的教育教学资源的整合系统。不同的人才培养模式,其内涵的课程体系和教学方式会有不同。高职复合型人才培养模式与其他人才培养模式的不同,体现在课程体系和教学方式上,前者更注重学生的职业岗位能力和复合能力的培养。重构课程体系和改革教学方式是建立高职复合型人才培养模式的重要内容和关键环节。本文提供重构课程体系的理念和方法,提出与之相适应的教学方式。通过课程体系重构方法和教学方式的创新与发展,为建立高职复合型人才培养模式提供方法论的支持,并为培养企业需求的复合型人才提供理论参考。Talent training mode is an integrated system of education and teaching resources to achieve the goal of talent training.Different personnel training mode,its connotation of the curriculum system and teaching methods will be different.The difference between higher vocational compound talent training mode and other talent training mode is that the former pays more attention to the cultivation of students'vocational post ability and compound ability,reflecting in the curriculum system and teaching method.Reconstructing the curriculum system and reforming the teaching method are essential for establishing the training mode of compound talents in higher vocational colleges.This paper provides the concept and method of reconstructing the curriculum system and puts forward the corresponding teaching methods.In such a context,this paper proposed a teaching method that is aligned with the concept and approach of the reconstructed course system provided.In this way,methodological support can be provided for the establishment of the training mode of compound talents in higher vocational colleges based on the innovative curriculum system reconstruction method and teaching method.More than that,a theoretical reference is also available for the cultivation of compound talents required by enterprises.
