摘  要:为提高整合教学水平,培养学生专业水平、专业英语及临床诊疗综合能力。以实践问题为导向的理论学习,以PBL全要素形式进行3D打印模型操作及答疑,分析并布置课后文献检索学习任务,实施PBL双向量化评价和答疑反思。学生普遍认为本课程能将理论与实践紧密结合,尤其是3D打印模型和临床典型病例有较强的吸引力。双语PBL课堂组织规范、反馈及时,有效提升了临床思维。校内督导评价课程教学流程规范、师资授课能力优秀、教学资源和素材丰富。旨在建立以人为本、因材施教的教学机制,提出并优化了专题导入-教学目标-学员参与式学习-效果检验-课程总结的课堂教学思路,保证和提高了教学质量。To improve the integrated teaching level,cultivate students' professional level,professional English application ability and comprehensive ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment,focused on practical problembased theoretical learning,3D printing model operation and question and answer(Q A) were carried out;in the form of PBL,this paper analyzed and arranged further retrieval learning tasks after class,and two-way quantitative evaluation,Q A and reflection were implemented.Students generally believed that the teaching content can closely combine theory and practice to stimulate learning interest,especially 3D printing model and clinical typical case.The bilingual PBL classroom possessed standardized organization,timely feedback and effective improvement of clinical thinking.The supervision evaluated that the course had standardized teaching process,rich teaching resources and materials,and the teachers had excellent teaching ability.The course establishes a person-oriented and individualized teaching mechanism,puts forward and optimizes the classroom teaching idea of topic introduction-teaching objectives-student participatory learning-effect test-course summary,which ensures and improves the teaching quality.
